Justin Driscoll joined CoreVest in 2023 and brings more than 25 years of progressive commercial real estate finance and capital markets experience. Mr. Driscoll is based in New York and focused on sourcing, underwriting, and structuring debt investments across all residential real estate asset types and geographies. Additional responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining loan distribution partnerships within the institutional lending community. Prior to joining CoreVest, Mr. Driscoll was a founding member of Trez Capital’s Bridge Lending Team in 2021 where he was responsible originating senior bridge loans for institutional sponsors focused on value-add multifamily investments. During his tenure at Trez Capital, his team built an $800 million portfolio of multifamily bridge loans. He was also responsible for the hiring and training of staffers on the team. Earlier in his career, Mr. Driscoll was a senior originator in the Real Estate Finance Group of UBS Investment Bank where he sourced and closed more than $1 billion of loans for the CMBS and balance sheet lending programs. Prior to UBS, Mr. Driscoll was a Vice President in the Investment Solutions Group of the Partners Group. Mr. Driscoll started his career working for Lehman Brothers Global Real Estate Group where he was a member of the capital markets team that distributed more than $72 billion of fixed and floating rate CMBS. Mr. Driscoll received a BS in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the Samuel Curtis Johnson School of Management at Cornell University.
