John joined Zonda in 2017 and oversees projects advising clients (private, public, and institutional) on development and investment in all aspects of multifamily housing. His career has included market research in economic development, multifamily construction, and transportation. John has spent most of his career in real estate and has worked in markets nationwide with expertise in rent positioning and market forecasts.
