Bill is the founder of Pintail Real Estate Group and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the company. He's actively involved in sourcing off-market opportunities for buyer clients primarily in Texas while managing relationships with investors. Since launching his career in real estate, Bill has been involved in over $1B in purchase and sale transactions in the commercial and residential space. Bill enjoys the transactional nature of brokerage and has personally closed over 100 transactions for institutional buyers over the last 2 years.  He maintains a strong conviction in housing and foresees further consolidation, innovation, and integration paving the way for commercialized success in the industry.
